Our
club historian and statistician, the world reknowned
Dr Albert Norman O'Rak, has provided us with some
serious information and background on the club. |

When
it comes to getting down to the nitty gritty with
players from years gone by, there's only one person
that is man enough for the job. The Rampant Ballboy
boldly goes where no man has gone before for his one
on one interviews. |

Alex
Rae
- The man who captained Partick Thistle to that
famous Scottish Cup win over Celtic in the 70s.
Davie
Ross - A veritable King of the Wing from the
70s. One of the last few Cowden players to be picked
for the Scotland squad whilst playing for the club.
Dave
McGovern - One of the main stalwarts from the
promotion winning team of the early 90s.
Jim
Leishman - The man with the love/hate relationship
with the Cowden fans. He loves to hear himself talk
and we hate him
Robin
Thomson - One of the many players who did the
rounds with a few Fife clubs at senior and junior
level in the 70s.
Billy
Steele - One of our last signings from Glasgow
Rangers in the late 70s / early 80s who, fell foul
of the the barber and sported a curly perm.
Craig
Levein - Fondly remember by Cowden fans as a
young cultured centre-half who went on to sign for
Hearts and more importantly play for his country.
